Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi my girlfriend and i split up and we have a child together. My daughter has my last name, and my Ex girlfriend took her out of the state and doesnt allow me or my family to see the child. she does not give us an address and we barely talk to my daughter what can i do

You need to talk to a family law attorney immediately. You will need to file a paternity action. If there is a delay it will need to be filed in her state rather than in California. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
