if i am the possible father of her baby what can i do to make it so she cant leave state before i can get the paternity test?

File a petition for paternity and an emergency motion requesting that the child not be moved out of your county.

Ms. Kock is correct. Once the petition for paternity and ex parte motion are filed and served, the mother will be prohibited from removing the child from the state until further court order.
