Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am the father of a child whose relationship with that child has been destroyed through the mother. We were not married and she knew I was moving to another state and already told her that. She chose to not take her birth control shot after I told her I was moving for work. She became pregnant and has used the child to harass me, she's lied to the police many times and tries to have me arrested when I haven't done anything to her. I need to terminate my parental rights. I don't have any anyway.

You cannot voluntarily terminate your parental rights except as part of agreeing to an adoption or step-parent adoption. This is because the parental rights are attached to the law of parental responsibilities, which you can't legally walk away from unless someone else is taking them on via adoption.
