Legal Question in Family Law in California

im a father and want custody of my son!!

im 24 yrs old with a 3 year old son, his mother and i split a couple months ago and we have 50 50 custody. She lives with some of my relatives who also take care of my son! theyve noticed and have had complaints of how she treats my son. She doesnt buy groceries for him, my relatives feed him. she buys beer instead of milk! She drinks and parties every night leavin my son with the sitters!! she leaves my son alone at 5am while she leaves to work and the sitters(my relatives) go and get him at 8am! ive caught a random one night stand guy in the house while my son was there. She never wants me to watch my son, but shes always leaving him with who know who. she lives in the GARAGE and Shes even gone 3 days without seeing him and he was only inside the HOUSE!she posts pictures of her drinking giving lap dances and kissing girls. Just recently i found out shes pregnant and shes only been with this guy for 1 month!!! i think she is an unfit mother!!! is there anyway of me getting full scustody of him? what are some good proofs?

Your story is not all that uncommon. I would strongly recommend that you contact a lawyer in your county. I would suggest either a word or mouth referral from a friend who had a good attorney or go online to lawyers.com and locate a family law practitioner near you.
