father has 3 days a week visatition and mother moved up state and took my daughter. the is an order in place. i havent seen my daughter in a little over a year. what should i do now grandma has temp custody and will not allw my to see my dauhter

First, how did grandma get temporary custody? Second, in spite of what the order states, what have you actually been exercising? If it has in fact been a year since you have seen you daughter, then your having waited so long will be the biggest thing working against you. You will need an attorney to sort this one out.

You should file a motion in your custody case to modify the custody. Grandma cannot obtain custody without notice to you. You need to retain an attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
