Legal Question in Family Law in California
Can father after not exersicing visitation for six months just come one day and pick up the kids with out prior notice saying "it's my day" Children have extra curicular activies on his days set up since he dissapeared for so long. is there anything I can do to stop this. Him just picking up the kids from school and all. I already filed a custody modification and will go abck to court in March. Can I do anything in the meantime?

Unless there is an emergency justifying an ex parte motion to suspend visitation, you should follow the existing parenting plan until that order is modified.
