Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is a father finacially obligated to pay support?

Can a persons legal father be held financially responsable and ordered to pay childsupport for his child once the child have become an adult? And can the "child", now an adult, be the person who sues? (In this case, the father hasn't paid any support, nor was any such support ordered by a court to my knowlege).

No and no. The only instance where support can be ordered for an adult child (future support) is where the child is indigent and so incapacitated he/she cannot work.
