I just want to be a father

I fought for and recieved 45% custody of my 6 year old daughter. Now my exwife wants to move to Las Vegas, Nevada. She already makes around $72,000 a year and is claiming she can't afford to live here because it is to expensive. I am very close to my daughter and do not want to lose her. Does she have a leg to stand on and should I obtain legal representation.
