father full child custody

wat can the father do to get full cutody of his son. the mother don't have a job and has another relationship and recently had another baby, but it was taken away because they found drugs on the baby. they took the 3 year old to another state with out telling the father. wat can he do?

Father needs to file a motion to obtain a court order for custody of the child. He should retain an attorney as this is a very important issue and he wants to give this his very best shot. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
