Father trying to get full custody of our children
The father of my children in which we share custody and visitation (50-50 for 11 yrs now) is now trying to get full custody. I recently got a divorce and am recieving aid and the state has contacted him about paying child support. Now he is doing this and making up things about me that aren't true so he doesn't have to pay. He knows I don't have the money for a lawyer what should I do? My kids don't want to live with him full time(17 & 13).

You should file response. It is unlikely that the court would change custody against the wishes of a 17 and 13 year old. You can ask that the court order him to pay your attorney's fee. You might see if you can find an attorney who will take your case and ask that he pay your attorney's fee. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
