father gave up rights, mistake

Can I ever have custudy of my son? C.P.S. seperated him from his mother, and I signed as his biological father, and was appointed guardian along with my mother of almost 70. I was complient to proceedings until my mother manipulated me into signing a rights waiver so she could adopt and collect his soc.sec.. I was working full time for a water co. but now only part time becuase I believe all the stress caused my lupus (S.L.E.) to flare enough to make my kidneys fail. now I'm going to diaysis treatments 3 days a week for 4 hrs.,while my sons in pre-school, I was to live with my son until he was 3 or 4 , then have custudy signed back to me. so I could raise him in my home and not his grandmothers house. after finished all the work she wanted done on her house , she made up a reason for a restaining order to assist in preventing my son to be with me. a witness heard her say she wished I would hurry up and die. ( we got along ok until I threatened to go to court about how she aquired adoption,) and I didnt want him on any walfare or soc.sec. as I could take sufficiant care of him.she scares me sometimes, once she was mad, and drove wrecklessly down the street without a car seat. after,paying child supp. & raising him.
