Legal Question in Family Law in California

Both parents are responsible for 1/2 of uninsured medical expenses. Each parent will pay 1/2 of the deductible and co-payments.

You have to look at your order, but 99.9% of the time it says uninsured medical charges are 50/50.

All responsibilities are predicated on there being an order from court, on support. If no order, then no LEGAL obligation. If there were an order, it would under normal circumstances be that both parents are to equally pay 1/2 of all unreimbursed medical, dental and vision costs.
