father has jointleagel coustody , mother has moved away ,

i need find out can birth mother [ex wife ]force me [ father to move closer to her for visitation , she wast he one who moved for the 2 nd time in 3 years of childs life who is only 3 years old also . both times moved out of california and dad has lived in california for the last 4 years , mother and father share joint leagel coustody , mother has been orderd in past ,suprvised visition due to not trusting heralso has only had monthly visit for 2 days at time . would like to know also about the mental damage having on my son because birth mother has been popping in and out of his life since he was 6 months old and the mental strees of him , is it good if not what can be down , can i try for sole coustody of him .how can i if i have no momey for lawery .my son has had a mother figure in his life since birthmom and dads divorce who he has bonded with and calls her mom and worried if birthmom keeps popping back and fourth , how can i make sure my son dosent get hurt

you can file an OSC requesting sole physical custody. write a declaration explaining your position.
