Legal Question in Family Law in California
My father left my siblings and I in his will property. I sold my portion to my siblings. The contract was sent to my former husbands office and his secretary forged my signature on the contract. I presume the check was mailed to my husbands office and I never received the monies. this occurred in California. Do I have any recourse?

If these facts can be proven, you have both criminal recourse and a right to sue the secretary and probably your ex husband for the money.
