Legal Question in Family Law in California

Father moved to WA

I have a 3 year old daughter, her father moved to WA when she was only 4 months old and now wants her to start visiting him in WA? i'm more worried about her mental state and the confusion of being away from me for long periods of time. We have done over nights in CA but no more than 1 night at a time.

I agree with you, a trip to WA is too far away from a 3 year old's world and security. Be warned, every judge may have a different opinion on this.
