i am a father ot two children, i am disabled temporarly also on govertment assistance do i still have to pay child support while i am recieving help from the govertment?

Yes, although assuming it is less than you were making you are entitled to a downward adjustment in support obligation. The adjusment will be retroactive to the date you file, so the sooner you file the better.
