Legal Question in Family Law in California

If a father that pays Child Support monthly, but now lives in the state of NJ where he moved back to and resides, while the Custodial party (the mother) lives in San Diego, CA with the child in question (4 yr old girl) but denies visitation to him all the time. Is the father entitled for visitation regardless of what the mother is saying? How does he go about filing for visitation rights being that he lives in NJ and they live in San Diego, CA?

are you in the military? ask your commanding officer for assistance if so. are your paying support under a court order? or just as a gift? If you have a court order, which court is it in? you should be able to request visitation through the same court as the support order
