I need a father rights lawyer but can't afford one in Ontario, ca.

You should consult with the pro bono project of your local county to see may be able to assist you for free. Usually a lot of agencies only provide services for select areas such as domestic violence restraining orders. Another resource is your local family law facilitators office which can provide you with free assistance on a first come first serve basis. You should check to see what the schedule is for their attorneys to assist you.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.
