Legal Question in Family Law in California

Father seeking custody

i am a father in woprry of my daughter. Her mother hates me and is being very bitter and irresponsible. I have the baby mondays wed and fridays along with everyother weekend. Her mother quit her job and decided to not work. now she wants child support. however she agreed to never leaver the baby with her father because her own father molested her. I have this on email from her a while back. She left the baby with the father to go out of town on her day tohave the baby. Is this something i can fight with inorder to show her irresponsibility? I also have about 5 pages of other incidents that shows immaturity, irresponsibility, and not being able to financially have the baby. Can i fight for full custody?
