Legal Question in Family Law in California

My father shares custody of my two younger "half" sisters, 6 years old, (whose mother is not my own) since about 1 year ago. Their mother refuses to speak with me or allow them to speak with me and my father has not been diligent in his visitation rights. She was absent for the first 5 years of their lives and shows up all of a sudden, seemling out of nowhere. Is there any way that i can ask for visitation rights or share custody of the them? How can I still be apart of their lives? I am 22 years old and have been in their lives since birth, it is unfair to all parties.

I'm afraid only the parents have rights. You have none.
