Legal Question in Family Law in California

Father needs help w/ filing and responding to court documents.

I am a married father of three. My oldest son is from a previous relationship (never married). Through out our relationship as ''sharing parents'' she has consistantly rocked the boat, from abducting our son and taking him to Mexico w/ out my permission/knowledge, to most recently trying to bully me into joint custody. She has a lawyer and has recently filed a change of custody request that was approved by the judge that our son would be w/ our family from Wed thru Sat, and w/ her Sun thru Wed. There were no times discussed in court, however I received a form w/ ''findings and orders after hearing'' that states times that I don't agree with. How can I dispute the times on the form w/ out taking this back to court? Can I just change the specified times on the attachment and send it back to my ex's lawyer? Or do I need to file a whole new form? what form?

It appears that the statement is a request for you or your attorney to approve the form and content of the order. That is does it state accurately the courts order. To change the order you would have to take the matter back to court and present evidence that the order should be changed.

You have to file a written objection to the proposed Order, and you have to do this without delay.

I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
