Fathers holding on to paternity rights

What can I do if the mother of my two month old daughter files a recission of paternity and I have already served her papers to go to court for visitation and child support can they just take away my paternal rights just like that?

You need to object to her request to rescind your parental rights. Your parental rights must first be established. That can be done by a blood test. The court can terminate parental rights only under cirtain circumstances. One of which is failure to support and/or have no contact. Therefore you should pay child support either to the mother or put the money into a trust account until the court makes a paternity determination and orders support.
