Fathers right during pregnancy

While I am pregnant can the father of the child keep me from going out of state during the pregnancy?

Since the emancipation proclamation the answer to the question in all cases is, no? Can he require you to come back after the child is born, no. Can he require you to bring the child back for purposes of child sharing or custody, thats possible. He's in tough shape. You don't hold all the cards, but you do have the primary control. The only problem is that by moving out of state you deprive the child of his father and it sounds like this one wants to be a Daddy. Your decisions aren't legal decisions, they are very personal.
