fathers rights
my brother had gotten a fling pregnant and she wants to keep the baby. she had threaten to take legal action. she is not sure how far along she is. he has no income and he is going to school full time. what is his rights and what action can he take and how can he defend himself.

Your brother should consult with an experienced family law lawyer to determine his rights and responsibilities. He may want to file an action prior to the birth of the child to set his position early. He should also think about demanding a DNA test after the baby is born.
