Father's Rights

My ex-husbands ex girlfriend is currently pregnant claiming he is the father. She has said that she is currently using drugs (marijuana) while being pregnant. Is there anything that he can do legally about her drug use? If so, what?

If she is pregnant and doing drugs it is child abuse, although the child is not yet born. He or you should contact child protective services and report her. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
