Legal Question in Family Law in California

Fathers rights

my ex girlfriend has moved to IN, and I am in Ca. she is still married to someone else on paper. They are not in an relationship. she is telling me two of her kids are mine. what rights do I have. I pay her $400 per month, but just an agreement, nothing on paper. Who legally is the childrens father? and what do I have to do to get partial custody if the kids are mine?

Re: Fathers rights

You will probably have to go to IN and file a petition to establish paternity. You can demand a paternity test. If you stop paying she will have to go to court and request a finding that you are the father. Then you can file petition for visitation.
