Father's right's

I have a 4 old month boy is mom and i are not married but i signed the birth certifcate. We have a histery of druge use and when my son was 2 months I asked my family to take care of my son so his mom and i can go get help and fine out more about our adiction so we can stay clean and sober. When I came back his mom choce not get help and she's in the streets still useing.Her mom some how got tempory custody of my son she is geven me a hard time . What are my rights,and how do i get full custody of my son?

It will be hard work, but you will need to go to court and file an Order to Show Cause for custody. You are going to have to jump through some hoops on this. It will take patience and perserverence.
