fathers rights

the mother of my son is a very difficult women to deal with. I've tried to compromise with her but she is unrelenting and makes it hard for me to see my son. how do i get more rights for my son

You need a custody and child sharing order that is specific as to time and place of exchange. The judge will almost certainly grant that request, particularly due to the problems you have had. An attorney would help you to obtain an enforceable order. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
