Is it really a felony to not pay spousal support if awarded by the court in a divorce hearing? My ex feels he is co,,itting a felony if he can't pay spousal support.

Failing to pay support can result in contempt of court proceedings. Support awards are enforceable just like judgments. Contempt proceedings can result in jail, but it is not considered a felony.
