Legal Question in Family Law in California

So I got my ex fianc� pregnant. She broke up with me and will not talk to me anymore. I have no idea if she is going to have the baby or not. Is she legally obligated to tell me or the court system what is going on so that I can know if I have a kid coming? Thank you
