I would like my Fiancee to get a legal Guardianship of my son

I have sole custody of my 9 year old son. His Mother lost all parental rights to him due to repeated abuse and neglect about a year ago. Can I give my Fiancee Legal Guardianship of him? Also, she has allowed her ex-husband's wife to adopt 3 of her 5 children. Would that affect the decision?

Your question is not clear. Why would you give guardianship to your fiancee? Also which mother gave up children their father to be adopted. Resubmit your question with these additional facts.
