Legal Question in Family Law in California

My fiancee has been in the process of a divroce for over a year and a half. He was married for 9 years in California. He is 32 year old and she is 63 year old. The Kings County Court ordered that 2/3 of his paycheck be taken to pay for spousal support. They do no have any children together and neither one is contesting the divroce. What can he do to finalize this divorce?

Ask the clerk in the department where the case is pending why it's being held up. Or, get a lawyer.
