how do i fight cps & false charges
ive been involved w/cps 4yrs-02' kids 1st removed 03' got them back 04' cps detaianed them again 06' went through treatment again this time ive remained clean 10+ mths. & working for the 1st time got my own apt. things seemed to be going well i was told the kids would be coming home 1 at a time starting w/my oldest i was told that by end of summer 06' i should at the very least have over night vistits well i began to get unsupervised visits with my oldest 07/06 we had 1 unsup. visit & plans for our 2nd unsup.visit included the 2 younger kids & a trip 2 the movies... now the whole 4 yrs cps has been in my life not once have i ever been accused of anything but being neglectful due to substance abuse until the end of 07/06 when im told my youngest is saying i sexually abused him & tried to give him & his brother drugs ...reguardless of what i say the social workers have already reported that im guilty i have yet to see the interview tapes of my kids & i dont know how to begin to fight this my p.d. is great but i dont think she knows what shes doing exactly this all started in 07/06 & i havent spoke 2 or seen my kids since court dates seemed to always get continued & i feel my rights are being violated hoping u may have advice 2 help

You will need to retain an attorney to represent you and present your case to the court. Cases such as this are difficult as the social worker and court tend to believe these reports. Quick action on your part is important as the time line in juvenile court is very short.
