Fight for custody of daughter

Hi, I'm about to file an appeal Pro-per.

The court awarded custody of my

daughter to her Dad. How hard is it to

win a custody appeal in California.

Most family law attorney's don't handle appeals so you handling the appeal will be very difficult. Custody appeals are not generally successful and you must appeal on legal grounds, not just that the judge made a bad decision. Success as a pro per, next to impossible. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
