Legal Question in Family Law in California

fighting for my daughter from pathological liar.
My ex wife is a pathological liar and just realized this after resarching the word lying and the symptoms. After 7 years of being together I found the disorder and symptoms are 100% accurate.

My visitation is being jeapordized by this disorder. She is making it extremely difficult to have a relationship with our daughter.

I have caught her in so many lies that she cant even keep track of them then contradicts herself later on as I keep very good notes. Only one of my reasons for a divorce.

Recently she had me on supervised visits and then a mediator changed it to unsupervised. After a month and a half at court her lawyer changed it back to supervised visits.

I wanted mediation and scheduled a time. She tried to cancel this appointment. Now I know why she tried to pursuade me out of mediation. She did not want the mediator to know that she went back to supervised visits.

She was asked why did you change this?? She was stumbling on her explanation and asked 5 times because she could not give a straight answer. Mediator reccommend again to unsupervise the visits.

The most insane thing I ever heard now is she is fearing I will kidnapp our daughter. Are you kdding me???
How can she get away with this??

Sounds like you need to put this before the judge. Time to have a hearing. Don't stipulate to supervised visits.
