Fighting to dismiss false child support case
I need help in dissmissing a child support case. My wife filed it without my consent or me even having knowledge of it. My wife has since passed away and things have gotten worse. I need to know how to beat this, I have raised my children and constantly supported them as well as my wife. Please let me know what I have to do to beat this.

You should find an attorney who handles child support cases. Since you wife is deceased, I guess that it must be the department of child support services who is enfocing the order, you can go in to see them or you can hire an attorney to talk to them and/or file a motion.
