Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can we file a case against my daughter's boyfriend who is turning 18 this month ? My daughter ran away again and this time she did it again and hasnt come home yet. She will be missing her class and the boyfriend had been defying my request not to do that again.

Assuming she's a minor, it's possible that he could be guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. You should talk first to the local police and see if they could help you.
