Is it possible to file for Chapter 13 and divorce at the same time?

It's been known to happen. It might make sense to first legally divide up your property and obligations, and then file for bankruptcy protection, so there's no longer a dispute about who has to pay what, and who owns what -- unless you file jointly as long as you're still married.
