Legal Question in Family Law in California

i'm going to file for a child support modification in california, because my ex voluntarily quit her job. she now lives with her boyfriend, will his income be counted along with hers? also, if i move in with someone, will theirs be counted as my income?

New partner income is not factored into the support calculation.

Only marriage affects child support calculations, and even then only for estimating taxes to determine income available for support.
