There is a statutory minimum of six months from when the respondent is served with the summons and petition for divorce. After that it is a matter of how much you stay on top of getting your subsequent filings done and how fast the court can push through a judgment. This all assumes of course it is not contested. If there are disputed issues there is no telling how long it will take since it depends on the issues and how bad you want to fight over them.
