A traffic citation is hardly something to write home about. The questions that affect child custody and visitation are relevant to the best interests of the children. Would it be beset interests to deprive the children of contact with their mother? Most often the answer is going to be no, even if she is a bad driver, or neglectful of appearing on a traffic ticket.
