can i file another exparte if first was denied or do i have to wait for my court date???

It depends on why your ex parte application was denied. If the court told you that it was a matter that required you to provide statutory notice to the other party, then the answer is no. If it was denied because you omitted including some paperwork, or following some other rule, and it is correctable, you could refile.
