Legal Question in Family Law in California

How to file a legal separation and child custody

I am planning to move out of state. I have 4 minor children and have recently been separated from my husband. We both agreed I would have custody of the children, however, I am afraid he may change his mind and contest the fact that he allowed me to take the children out of state. I was told I should file for a legal separation with a stipulation having my husband sign and indicate his permission for me to do so. How and whatlegal documents do I need to do this. I do not have the money to pay for an attorney. Please advise and it's greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you love your children and fear your spouse, raise the money to pay for a professional to help you or you may regret it for the rest of your life. Borrow the money or get an extra job.
