Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do I file a motion to dismiss a family law case based on the fact that another state should have jurisdiction? I have lived in Oregon for 4 yrs with my children, the father recently filed a motion to custody ( just because he can) in California. Oregon has jurisdiction of the child support and all our sons information is in Oregon. There is no way for me to have a fair hearing in Cali. I need to ask the judge to dismiss the case and make the father file in Oregon.
