Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I file a motion of fraud against an attorney? My ex's attorney submitted an income withholding for support to my employer, the attorney did not report amounts per the judgment. He over stated what was in the judgment by $500/month. My employer enforced the amount he submitted until DCSS submitted revised paperwork.

Isi Mataele 'Isi Mataele Attorney at Law

That was not really fraud unless it was intentional. Also it would be difficult to prove and he did not benefit from it appears. You could sue him for damages but it does not sound like a strong case.
