Legal Question in Family Law in California
I want to file a motion for reimbursement for medical expenses from the non custodial parent. I also want to ask the non custodial parent to pay half of the cost for extracurricular activities. What forms do I need to file in order to do this? The case is in Riverside County Ca.

As to the first you simply file an Order to Show Cause and put your request under "other". As to the second, there is no right to reimbursement of costs for extracurricular activities. Good luck!
