Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I file a motion to vacate probate guardianship I was not given notice of, if my petition to terminate was denyed?

i was told that the guardian posted a news paper ad looking for me in a city i've never lived in, and was telling the courts she didnt know my where abouts, yet i have proof that i was at her home every weekend with my children during the preceedings.

If you filed a petition to terminate, you have most likely waived your right to object to the original proceeding that you had no notice of, because you obviously had some notice at some time in order to file the petition to terminate, and that was the time to object to the lack of notice. I can pretty much assure you that since the court has already ruled against you once, you will lose again if you don't get an attorney to help you.
