Can I file for "Summary Dissolution" even though we've been married for 8 years...but we've been separated for 4?

I disagree with Isi Mataele.

You cannot file for summary dissolution if you have been married for over 5 years. The separation time is irrelevant. If you think I am being mean, feel free to read the California Court's self-help center here:
