Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do I file the voice record with family law court? Should I bring a recorder or can I file cd? Is there any special process to file it? I am planning to file a motion to set aside order with this new evidence. I would greatly appreciate if you could let me know how to file the voice file.

If it is a recording made without the consent of the other party, you can never file it, and you committed a crime by making it. Without knowing what the recording is of, how it was made, and what you would want to use it for, it is impossible to answer your question.

I agree with Mr. McCormick. It is not clear to me whether you are attempting to file a recording of another person, made without their consent, which would be inadmissible, or an electronic recording of court proceedings for use in correcting an order, or an appeal. Some more information would be helpful.
