Legal Question in Family Law in California

I filed for divorce and custody of our children. I was granted physical and legal custody of our children in a hearing and the divorce hearing has not occurred yet. If we decide to NOT get divorced does that nullify the custody agreement or does the custody agreement stay?

If the divorce action is dismissed and you reconcile, then the orders for custody would be extinguished with the dismissal. If you remain separated, then the orders will remain in effect.
